Serve this delicious banana ice cream on our Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie and let it melt for a mouth-watering dessert. This is probably one of our favourite desserts of all time! Every time we eat it we feel like we are cheating on our diet. But rest assure that this creamy, decadent ice cream is 100% fruit. No guilt here! We've tried hundreds of combinations from dark chocolate cherry to pistachio. This recipe is the backbone of all things vegan ice cream, so we thought that it'd be best to share it ASAP!

• 6 frozen bananas chopped into chunks • 1 cup of plant-milk • As many dark chocolate chips as you want! • 1/2 tsp of vanilla Optional: Cocoa Powder for chocolate flavour Tip: You can make your ice cream any flavour. One of our favourites is peanut butter and chocolate. Have fresh strawberries? Toss them in to make strawberry ice cream!


This is your opportunity to get creative. Here are a few of our favourites: • Crushed nuts or melted peanut butter • A pinch of sea salt • Shredded unsweetened coconut • Medjool dates • Mixed berries


1) Throw bananas and milk into a food processor and blend until smooth 2) Add toppings and serve. For thicker ice cream, place in freezer for 30 minutes. Let us know what toppings and flavour combinations are your favourite, we would love to give them a try!
