This Eggnog is rich and creamy just how you like it, but it's not bogged down with all the not-so-good-for-you ingredients like eggs, and dairy milk. Yes this is eggnog is completely dairy-free and egg-free, but tastes even better than the store bought kind!
It's the tenth day of this Vegan Christmas Dinner Recipe series, and I'm sad that it's almost over, but happy that Christmas is just around the corner! I don't think that anyone's holiday season is complete without some nice comforting eggnog. Making a yummy vegan eggnog is seriously a lot easier and quicker than you might think, and I know we all need recipes that are quick and easy, especially this time of year.

So sit back and relax because this eggnog comes together in the blink of an eye so you can spend less of your time fussing over drinks, and more time arguing - I mean casually conversing - with your loved ones.
The holidays are here and that means one thing, people are going crazy for eggnog. Traditionally this thick drink is made with - you guessed it - eggs. But I'm here to tell you that you can have the creamiest, richest eggnog without all the animal products!

1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp ground flax
